Returns & Refunds 

Consumer Guarantees:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change of Mind :

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on original artworks or custom-commissioned pieces. For standard art prints, we offer a 14-day change of mind exchange, provided the item is returned in its original, undamaged packaging at the buyer's expense.

Damaged in Transit:

If an artwork arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately at info@lesleys-artworks.com with clear photos so we can lodge an insurance claim and arrange a return, repair, or full refund.
